We strive to ship your order within 72 hours; often, orders ship the same day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What’s your return policy?
In the event there’s a problem with your order, please let us know immediately. We will do everything in our power to make it right. We don’t offer returns and exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or misprinted. Contact us at chat@burntmbooks.com.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and a photo of the damage sent to us.
Address
Please ensure that the address for delivery is correct. Any packages returned to the sender will incur a 50% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. If you experience a delay in receiving your item, or tracking indicates it was delivered. Still, you did not receive it. Please contact your local post office and provide the tracking information so they can assist with locating it. burntmbooks is not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen mail.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Will I be charged customs for my order?
Additional customs and tax fees may apply to international orders. This fee is not in my control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
